Below are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions, however we not have the power to read minds (although it is in beta testing), so if you dont find the answer below drop us an email at info@kewelboxes.com and we will do our best to answer (fyi: we are rubbish at equations, golf and the life cycle of the damson fly)

What are Kewel Boxes?
Brilliant question!! We offer a monthly subscription box which includes 5 – 7 geeky collectables, delivered to your door. We hand source everything to make sure we are really proud of the box that arrives, we hope that you will love all the items as much as we do! We source the leading brands, but are also very happy to include some Kewel Box exclusives, along with supporting small and indie artists and brands.

How does my subscription work?
We are different! We believe passionately in fairness and choice! We NEVER ever auto renew anybody’s subscription, instead we invite our subscribers to re-subscribe each month by way of an invoice which is easily paid via PayPal (or with your credit card), so if you don’t wish to subscribe that month, you simply don’t pay the invoice. We won’t hound you for payment (we will remind you twice), and will continue to send you invites until you tell us you don’t want to hear from us anymore.

When does my box leave Kewel HQ each month?group-geek
Boxes are shipped out between the 22th and the 28th of each month.

Where Do You Ship?
Anywhere – everywhere! How could we deny anyone a box of happy!  Our current prices for shipping reflect exactly what it costs us – we are committed to making no profits from shipping and handling costs – therefore as we grow, and are able to achieve better rates we will pass them onto you – our subscribers.

If you are in the USA and would like to subscribe – get in touch with us first, that way we can invoice you for the best possible shipping price we can obtain.

Can I Buy a Gift Subscription?
Yes you can, and may we say what a brilliant gift a Kewel Box subscription is! One that keeps giving long after the event is over! Simply sign up but click the “gift subscription” button and complete the extra bits.

This month’s theme doesn’t set my heart alight – can I skip?

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We hope you won’t, but won’t hold a grudge! Cancelling is incredibly easy. just drop us an email at info@kewelboxes.com telling us you no longer wish to receive invites to subscribe and we will leave you be!
